Open positions

Project Management Specialist / Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on the entire project lifecycle, including project planning, schedule tracking, and deliverable management
  • Coordinate with technical, finance, and related departments to ensure effective resource allocation
  • For engineering projects: supervise the R&D and implementation process to ensure technical deliverables meet required standards
  • For finance-related projects: be responsible for budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Prepare and submit project reports and related documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering Management, Finance, Certified Public Accountant-related fields, Metallurgy, Electric Power, or other related disciplines
  • Project management experience, with familiarity in commonly used methods and tools
  • Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills
  • Candidates with a background in engineering or finance-related projects will be preferred
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in German and English.
